Brother Jerel Showers leads the Spring–The Woodlands–Huntsville Alumni Chapter with a vision grounded in the Four Pillars of the Polemarch’s Playbook. He brings intentional structure, cultural clarity, and sustainable growth strategies to every aspect of chapter operations. Known for fostering brotherhood and driving impactful initiatives, he is committed to resetting the standard, reclaiming the purpose, and reigniting the bond among brothers.

A founding charter member, Brother Jonathan Guice blends deep fraternal roots with proven leadership and mentorship experience. His dedication to capacity-building and developing future leaders reflects the Playbook’s focus on leadership and engagement. He plays a vital role in ensuring the chapter’s programs are intentional, impactful, and true to Kappa’s purpose.

Brother Anthony Childress brings energy, creativity, and a service-driven mindset to the chapter’s leadership team.
